Service Description

You will receive a welcome e-mail with your questionnaire and confirmation of your first consultation. Once your questionnaire is completed, you will receive your full recommendation guide to review with Dr. Gueye-Weinstein. Please make sure that your questionnaire is returned at least 72 hours or more BEFORE your consultation. Questionnaires that are not received will require rescheduling your initial consultation. Additional coaching sessions will be booked once onboarding is complete. Congratulations on taking the first step to feeling your best.
